Delivery was on time. Nice picture & sound quality. looks like 4k when connected to HD set top box. It came with wall mount, the installation on the wall was completed next day after delivery by Panasonic engineer without charges.nGot it for 37600 in Big 10 sale so for me its value for money.nVery good product just go for it. You won't regret buying it.nIn-short, this is a excellent TV if you are looking for 50" Full HD non-smart TV.
Simply awesome LED at this price .Great service was provided by Flipkart & its courier service.Great packaging & on time delivery.However for installation I need to personally register a request in Panasonic customer care so it was done immediately
1.Very poor delivery by flipkart ,by gati courier, Frustrated. n2.very poor service by panasonic people, particularly in odisha region. Particularly by their managers. What type of manager i dont know.feling frustrated. n3.some types of sound format not supported by this tv. n4.pls take care of this.
This review is after 10 days of Viewing . nReason for Choosing this productn1. My 5 year Old SONY BRAVIA 40 LED had display issues and SONY quoted 22k for panel replacement. n 2. Not ready to spend too much money on LG/Samsung/SONY again ,n3. Clearly i didnt want a smart tv as I have plans to by a Fire stick or Chromcast.n4. Didnt want an UHD tv as well as the UHD content is still not readily available out there. n5. But buying a new TV , there has to be a some upgrade from old 40inch tv. So opted for Panasonic 50 inchnnAbout the New TVnProsn1. Definitely the pricing. 50inch tv for 41k is a steal deal. Though Vu costs less , But flipkart is not delivering Vu to Chennai.n2. Airtel HD Channels - Display is not as crystal clear as SONY but still nothing to complain heren3. Sound quality is okayish. n4. 2 HDMI & 2 USB ports - Adequate enough for my Home theater and Airtel STB.nnCons:n1. NO OPTICAL OUT - Cant connect to my home theater for 5.1 out put. This is a huge let down to me.n2. SD channels are of very low quality. Considering the screen size, i can let this go.n3. No extended warranty provided by panasonic.n4. Remote is of low quality.n5. Had trouble streaming 1080p content when connected to through USB. As I have a home theater / bluray player, I can let this go. nnFlipkart delivered as promised. But the order status is not updated as "Delivered" till next day. I had to call them up to update as the installation by panasonic can get delayed because of this. But the whole process from ordering to installation took 4 days. Good enough.
