Philips had a offer valid for led tv larger than 32 inch purchased between March 1, 2016 through August 31, 2016. They were providing 3 years of free warranty; however, since I purchased it through Flipkart, I was not eligible for this offer. I am very disappointed. Flipkart should also save the interest of its customers. You can purchase 3 years of additional warranty from Philips, which would cost 6100/-.nnPros:n1. HD picture quality is awesome with Airtel HD+ set top box. SD channel picture quality is ok type.nn2. Lot of people said that sound quality is not good. BUT I DON'T AGREE. To optimize the sound output, set the equalizer to max, bass to max and treble according to your needsnn3. After sales service is good atleast in Delhinn4. Watched full hd movie from pen drive and after connecting laptop using hdmi cable. NO problems were found.nnCons:n1. Only 2 hdmi and 1 usb portn2. Engineer told me that after warranty is over, their visiting charge is 1,500rs, panel would cost around 24,000rs and mother board would cost around 8,000rs. So must buy extended warranty from Philips (preferred) or from third party. Upto 3 years additional warranty can be bought from Philips

The worst product I ever get.TV off from ten days ,service center says wait for another 4 days,worst product, worst product from flip kart and worst servicing from Phillips, 5 days taken to install and now another shoket is burn..and about 12 days no reply from Philips. Don't buy pls I beg to you.

I like this TV ..nice results.

Ordered this TV under freedom sale.Got it installed yesterday. Product was defective. Asked for replacement as stated in replacement warranty given by flipkart at the time of purchase. Flipkart is now refusing replacement. Offering refund so that I have to re order this at a higher price. This is sheer unprofessional on part of flipkart. The product is available on site for sale but unavailable for replacement.

The sound quality is not very great, you might need external speaker.nThere was a big foggy patch on the middle of the screen, asked for a replacement. The replaced piece seems to working fine.nAnother issue was the packaging does not looked out of factory. nSeems like Philips is selling refurbished products on Flipkart.
