Defective piece is delivered scanner glass was broken when I opened box packing quality is Zoro as compared to other so it's terrible experience but thanks for refunding also for defective product to Flipkart
My uncle bought Ricoh printer and is not a technical person. He told the that he experience poor quality of prints. I tried the printer and found that it was the worst printing quality I had ever seen. I called Ricoh customer care because my uncle was committed for 3 years of onsite warranty by Cost-to-Cost Nehru Place from where he bought this printer, I provided the date of purchase to Ricoh represented on the call and he also confirmed that printer is in warranty period and asked me to tell him my issues. I explained him that I am getting the poorest quality for prints and scans are also not of good quality. He took my complaint and gave me the service number. I got a call from your technician who straight forward denied to visit my uncle's premises to have a look at the issues, when I stated that this product is in onsite warranty period and stated that this is a discontinued product and that is why no warranty is applicable now on this product and then he started talking very rudely. I called back the customer care again and first i confirmed about the warranty, Ricoh customer care representative stated that this product is still in warranty but when I explained the whole issue, he put me on hold and after sometime he told that there is no warranty now.
