The Samsung Galaxy Tab Iris flaunts a 7-inch IPS LED display with a pixel density of 170ppi. Acting as the heart of the device is a quad-core processor powered at a speed of 1.2GHz. There is also a 1.5GB RAM present, which ensures a stable performance even with multiple apps running simultaneously. The tab runs on Android v5.0 (Lollipop) and supports single SIM.
Camera and Storage
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Iris is armed with a 5MP main camera inclusive of autofocus and digital zoom feature. On the storage ground, the device houses an internal memory of 8GB which can be further expanded upto a massive 200GB using a microSD card.

Main Feature
The Galaxy's Tab Iris is UIDAI compliant and can be used for child enrolment programs where biometrics of the parent is used to authenticate children for Aadhar enrolment. Moreover, it can also be used for accessing citizen services like E-PDS, MNREGA, pension schemes and various subsidy programs in the country. The tab will aid in paperless and cashless services in various applications like banking, along with e-Governance services like passport, taxation etc. It supports 14 Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati among others.
