This product does not meet meet to our expections Negative Points: 1. System Hang Problem 2. Battery Back up Problem. 3. LCD is Not Good. 4. Light/plastic Body 5. Then Again Service problem. No one will be able to solve your problem. Samsung Service is too bad. Pls purchase Sony./Dell or HP

Bought this laptop a week back and its pretty decent. nLatest config, processor, Pretty much the needed feature list given. nThe memory card slot was also present when it wasn't mentioned in the features. Light weight too, so very travel friendly. nnThis config should last at-least for the next 4 years. Suits perfect for surfers.

Hi Guys, 5 months after purchase the touchpad scroll stops working, I then call the samsung support, Guess what there is no direct tech support for samsung , I was shocked to hear this, then the custcare guy told me that I will get a call from a tech support person, later during the day, Now My job starts from evening 4pm, I got a call at around 5, I asken the person to call me tomorrow and he refused and asked me to call back cust care tomorrow and raise a new request, what crap. Is samsung so cheap. I will never go with Any samsung product again. I have some tech knowledge, all drivers are up to date and all settings on my machine are fine for touchpad scroll option to work. Now am using it without a touchpad scroll , believe me its pain :(

although i did not bought this product, from flipkart, i am using this product since longtime around 9 months, its a gud product, and samsung build quality is so good, no glossy finish, gud thing abt it, is you can use any where in the day light as well, it works very well, no need to shut down back window when viewing a movie, another thing, is people shud learn how to scroll with two fingers in windows 8, (this is windows 8 feature), samsung tech support online is awesome.
