The tv is excellent and worth 5 stars and it was available at a very attractive price on flipkart. My rating is for the sale on flipkart platform. I purchased the tv on 20 Dec 2017 and it was promptly delivered early in the morning on 22 Dec. After that it has been a nightmare dealing with Flipkart, service partner Jeeves and Samsung. The installation was scheduled for 23rd Dec and I am still waiting on the 29th Dec because I specifically need the tv to be wall mounted and the delivery was made without the wall mount support. The QLED comes with it's own special wall mount support that samsung provides to every dealer along with each tv unit and dealer in turn needs to provide to the buyer. A week after delivery, flipkart has failed to confirm the whereabouts of the wall mount support and hence installation is still pending. The customer service is disappointing and their assurances unsatisfactory. They have extended the resolution deadline on my complaint for the third time and now promised to resolve the issue by 1st Jan 2018. Terrible way to start a new year I would say! I plan to return the tv and seek full refund if they do not resolve it within this final deadline, which I am anticipating will be the start of another nightmare! I have been an online shopaholic for a long time for various reasons but this experience is an eye opener. I would recommend buyers to go to reputed electronic goods stores particularly for such expensive purchases. Even stores provide competitive prices and much better customer service in the least and will definitely treat you much better than the faceless e-retailers!
