I bought it from a brick and mortar shop after reading negative reviews about Flipkart's installation service. Coming to the product, its the most affordable fridge in it's size class. Quality is not premium but utilitarian and hard wearing. perfect choice for a large family.
i took risk to buy online, within two days freeze was at my home, received with perfect company packing, even Samsung service personal was available before material shifted upstairs at first floor, only important point i would like to put up is flipkart delivers this type of product if there is space in the stairs to accommodate this type of bulk packages, they shall not lift the package with ropes, that risk is on customer, in that case if you agree they deliver the product on ground floor itself, you need to call your lifter to lift the heavy package, they agree to move in building staircase is big enough.
