I was spectical to order large appliance like fridge that to having 100kg weight worrying that if I get dented or scratch on the fridge I have to call and request for replacement as I had a bad experience with my Herman Miller chair which took a very long time to replace I took the risk to order I was sure that if there is any issue my ordered product will be exchanged that is for sure with flip cart although it may take some time, but when flip cart people came with the delivery they opened the packing and asked me to check the product and see that if there is any issue regarding dent,scratch etc I asked them if there was any defect what will u do they said sir we will take the fridge back that was a welcome step and big sign of relief kudos flip cart.
