This LED TV is good product of Samsung. The performance of this TV is excellent with new features like using two USB , recording of Songs etc. Regarding, online purchasing from Sanpdeal was my first experience which is outsanding. They have provided the information of mobile through SMS as well as through e mail. They have provided information in right directions of shipping details will expected time of delivery. I have booked the product on COD basis which is very very help ful to arrange the money in due time. Before delivery they contacted me for suitable time for delivery which good for me and also convenient to me. It is good that they have provided the product in time as scheduled and on the price on which I have booked the product which is lower than the market price by around 10%. I suggest that Sanpdeal may provide the conctact mobile / phone number in case emergency or better service provider.
