Samsung being a good brand, people purchasing product by the name of the brand - 'Samsung'..but this product has downgraded samsung brand value in my mind. I purchased this 48 inc TV around 3 weeks back and this has disappointed me on many aspects.nVideo files which my 8years old sony TV plays without error this dsnt play them at all saying file is not supported, the formats are too old now and this TV dsnt play at all, no vga port is available due to which you can not directly project your laptop screen to the TV. While playing movies through USB you can not adjust the picture quality as per your requirement, you can select out of three available preset picture modes only, sound quality is below average, surround sound seems like they are only using the name for selling there product no real experience through speakers. Also playing through usb is complicated as its software segregates the video, pictures and music file instead of listing them at one page so every time you want to play something you go out to the main page and then you enter the music/video/pic folder. even the remote quality is average. My suggestion is go for sony the first time have changed the brand and am suffering, this TV is just for large screen nothing more nothing less..truly this is JOY minus no JOY plus.

TV Delivered within time - nnWall mounting yet to be undertaken despite several days post delivery of the TV. nnHad called Flipkart three times to ensure installation before 02 Jan. Assurances provided on the phone that this will be done - but was not fulfilled.nnFor someone spending 50 k + & being a Flipkart First customer - this is really poor service.

The TV got delivered on 27th Oct, but till today 1st Nov no installation done. I have called up flipkart call center 2 times, still nothing done. I suppose FLIPKART CANNOT HANDLE the installations of large appliances and hence should not be selling them on their site. Its not at all worth buy them from flipkart. I very strongly recommend people not to buy these large appliances from flipkart.

Pathetic product. NO remote and no stand. Sold me two year old outdated product. Obsolete. My last purchase from flipkart
