I bought this for 12750/- . Delivered in perfect condition, nicely packed. Got the installation done by samsung authorised service person soon after the delivery. Machine is very good for small family of 4 or 5. Clothes are washed pretty clean i must say, before this i was using Panasonic fully automatic, comparatively this one is better.

Bought this machine in the Flipkart Sale and got this at a steal away price. The MRP on the box is 16k and I got it for 12.5k. The machine works like magic, it's very silent as compared to front loading machines from IFB ,the clothes come out bery clean , no residue of detergent etc. The Samsung team which came for installation was very nice and helpful and explained the working in detail . They did not try to sell me anything extra as I had read about the same in review of IFB machines. All in all I think this washing machine is best for a small family of 2-4 people and at half the price of a front loading machine. The water inlet hose which comes with this machine is a bit small in length and you might have to buy a longer hose if your water source is a bit far away. I already had a longer hose from my previous machine which fits this one as well.

Product is good in 12130 rs. But the seller & service from FlipKart is too poor initially mentioned that my pin code is under deliverable but as they choose cheaper courier service which refused to deliver at that area then flipkart asked me to cancel the order even after 10 days delay to schedule date of delivery . As it was urgent to me so i have to take a vehicle on rent & have to pick up from courier warehouse self.

can't write a proper feedback as the item has not been installed, no demo yet, even though the extended warranty is effective 10th April. today is 13th April. installation/demo scheduled for today but no one has contacted me yet. I've been wasting my whole day waiting.

I received damaged product and still struggling to return this product it will almost one month. OMNI AND FLIPKART CREATED ME. No one responding on my all communication. Neather refund my amount. Zero Star
