I ordered the TV and got it on the right date which is 25th August 2016. But Flipkart mentioned that the installation of TV will be within 2 days from the date of delivery. Since no one turned up until 30th August for installation, filed a email request then. Did second email request on 1st Sept. nnLosing patience, I called Flipkart helpline and the reply from Flipkart that everything will be sorted out by 5th Sept. Sent third email complaint to flipkart and as usual no follow up from them. Called their helpdesk again on 6th Sept and the flipkart customercare person confirmed that the installation guy will be there on that same day but nothing happened.nnWrote to them for the fourth time losing all the patience to send the installation again and got a mail that everything will be sorted out before 11th Sept. Gotta call on 10th Sept from Flipkart and mentioned that they will send person on the same day but no one visited. nnThis is not the first experience for me with Flipkart as I had similar problem with their service when I bought the air cooler from them. I ended up installing the equipment using local technician then. My advise to people is that for equipment needing installation, please don't buy from Flipkart as their after service is very poor and bad.
This is lowest price for 24 inch tv online and we get a good product
Worst experience both flip kart and oscar , plz don't buy this tv, got a broken product , asked replacement , after three months they refund my money , worst worst worst , don't buy any product from this oscar international, plz don't suffer like me , just an advice take it or not .....
Very very very worst service. Only 2months, TV was fault. I am contact service center but still now Flipkart not approv my request. Waste of My money 8500. Please don't trust Flipkart
