good product, sound & picture quality excellent. lot of features which sony customer care not aware so do not expect from them. to learn use your own skills. No air mouse which major cons after spending above 1 lac. Nothing great only brand name else similar or better features available in LG, Tcl Iffalcon, Mi and VU. so u can buy as per status symbol or think smart and save money explore other things on gutfils.

Its a brilliant Smart TV...the best I could find this side of 1.2 lakhs. The triluminous display is absolutely marvelous .. play 4k 60fps hdr videos from youtube and you shall surely be blown over....and the Android OS works like a charm!! The remote comes with a voice recognition button which recognises my 5 year old boys voice too...and the searches are damn accurate. The delivery and installation were timely and very professional.
