product is excellent....service of Flipkart is worst....25 days pass no installation information or reply from fk...ringed more than 30 times,requested in tweeter, Facebook fk support but no use..... Flipkart sucks....jus threw the product and no response,installed with the help of Sony on 27th day.....don't buy high valued items from Flipkart..fk can only handle vests briefs ,shoe chappal,road side items ...it can't handle high valued products....customer care .....OMG....don't dbt have any info ...jus gives reply as wait for 24 to 48 hrs ..issue vl be resolved...but no use.....filed a complaint in consumer court...but no use...better to avoid..fk.........shift 2 Amazon,paytm,snapd and u can trust eBay ....not fk.....f***kdup with ur service,,fraudsters

Thanks Flipkart for supplying genuine items in time and good qurear survice.Requesting for installation in time. It is to inform you that the installation of my TV is not yet done by you.The service of installation is very bad.As you mentioned to install within 48 hours from delivery,but you failed.Now I am ready to return the TV.

For installation moveable wall mount stand is required .sony installer boy charged double amount for stand(no company name on stand).- very expensive. Sony should provide this stand of registered company as few ports are behind the tv.

Flipcart is quick for his delivery. Delivery in time but delayed for installation. Flipcart as well as Sony peoples are good. They give good response.At last I install my TV.

Bad Audio Quality. Clarity is very low but all other sounds are loud. Cannot understand dialogues at any volume. Movies have low voice volume but sound effects are heard very loud in the same scene. Tried different settings, all have same result, cannot understand words with clarity.
