The Sony VAIO E14A25CN is an impressive notebook crafted smartly to deliver the best of performance in every department. Its cost is justified by the high quality features including a powerful CPU, stunning speakers, greater HDD and a durable battery. A slimmer outfit would have made it more appreciable.
Powerful all round performer
Display and Build
 
The Sony VAIO E14A25CN features a sharp and vivid 14-inch TFT LED Backlit color display with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It has been spotted in a 34.6mm thick black colored outfit which certainly looks a bit bulky and can pose problems in terms of portability. However, the standard keyboard looks quite classy with each key having a red colored outline that can be distinguished even in the dark. It has a gesture supported touchpad as well.
 
Processor and OS
 
Under the hood, the laptop comes with the latest 3rd generation Intel Core i5 processor galloping at a clock speed of 2.5GHz and loaded on the HM76 Express chipset. The DDR3 RAM has a standard capacity of 4GB which can be increased up to 8GB. With a 2GB AMD Radeon HD 7670M graphics card, the laptop promises to take visibility to an all new level. It runs Windows 8 OS out of the box.
 
Camera, Storage and Multimedia
 
The Sony VAIO E14A25CN never compromises with the quality of camera and has included a 1.3MP webcam in this gadget for clear video calling experience.
