I bought this TV from a retailer and got a very awesome deal from the MRP sony is selling. Sony Customer care called me for scheduling installation and the guy came smartly dressed and explained all the features so well that even the non-tech person can operate without having to ask again. I played some native 4K videos and man, whant quality it was. SURREAL!!! nPros :-n1. 4K resolution. It just looks awesome, period.( really 1080P is like a blur sensation in front of it.)n2. Triluminious display. Yes this one has this tech makes color looks natural.n3. Official Android TV out of the Box. Very easy to operate and if you have used android OS on phones, then you'll feel at home.n4. Google cast works like charm casting from cell phones, computers is just awesome. Gone are the days when you have copy movies from computer to HDD or pendrive and hook it up to TV. Now just you have to wirelessly cast to the TV, its that simple.n5. Youtube app in-built for direct video streaming from internet. And yes it can play 4K resolution videos directly from the app, no conversion or other shit.n6. TV has bluetooth built-in. You can connect your phone, joystick, bluetooth keyboard and mouse.n7. Built-in Wifi. n8. TOUCHPAD remote. You get another remote which has a touchpad for unique access. It has Mic built-in which is integrated to Google serach. Just press the button and ask whatever you want search for.n9. If you are a PC gamer, then this thing can be your large monitor working at 4K resolution at 60FPS thorough HDMI. I have played FIFA 15 at 4K resolution and believe me it looks surreal. It feels like you are guiding real players in a stadium.n10. It upscales video signals to 4K resolution.n11. Power user who knows how to setup colors, brightness,contrast etc. can get cinema quality from this TV.n12. Android TV Lolllipop out-of-the-box. Also, the TV updates Over-the-air. Mine has been updated 2 times within 2 months.n13. 1080P TV camera within the sales box. nnCons :- n1. NO 3D, come on Sony at this price point, you should have given 3D capability as well.n2. Up-scaling is done only when input signal is of 1080 resolution and only when signal is through HDMI and Internet Video. Anything lower will not be up-scaled.n3. TV camera not much of use as skype is not yet supported.n4. Sart-up time a little longer if you compare to non-smart TVs.n5. Only internet 4K content available as of now, no TV channels available in 4K.nnOverall, I am very satisfied with my purchase considering the future proofing and a advanced panel. nnCheers!!!!nnUpdate(Aug,2016)nn>The recent update Firmware update has made this TV 4K HDR capable like their more newer premium models(2016). I downloaded an 4K HDR video and played it on TV with aforesaid settings and the result was like super awesome!!nn>It has Bluetooth but does not have A2DP(Bluetooth audio) profile till now, so connecting wirelessly to home theatres, Bluetooth headphones & speakers systems are a no go.nn>You should have a internet connection of 20MBPS and above to enjoy 4K vids buffer free and should have a huge FUP as a typical 3-5 min video can use about 500-700MB of data.

Flipkart always stands best with service, deliveries etc. Keep going guys. nSony is pathetic about after sales service. nI will say dealer in pune JM road from where I looked demo, was very good but once purchased with 90k investment & in 2 months tv was off. nThe technical guy of sony who visited my home was also idiot who didn't understood what exactly an issue is. nWhen asked from replacement to sony customer care by call & email, they don't even reach back to you, don't entertain your complaint & email. nIts now more than 12 or 13 days & I can see my 90k dead in front of me. nNot at all recommended just due to so highly efficient pathetically super fast service.

People upgrading from a 40 inches tv can easily buy this as the bezel is removed for more display..ntherefore same space will be utilised for a 40 inches..nnlastly this tv is the best in its class.nnHooked a ps4 to it and its brilliant...

I bought SONY 108cm (43) Ultra HD (4K) Smart LED TV, on NOVMBER-2015, Flipkart has delivered it quickly & safely and arranged installation. This SONY TV looks good but it is not working properly from the beginning, lot of issues, with-in two moths it got repaired four times by SONY technician, picture quality is reasonable but sound, camera quality are below average. The major disadvantages of this TV is heating problem, damn slow while browsing and very slow to respond when connected to external disk/pen drive, to detect 1TB hard disk it takes almost 8 to 10 minutes, lastly SONY service is too bad.nnThis 4K TV is not supporting out side network, so it is equivalent to ordinary(pre HD) TV. SONY 4K TV is cost is very high (Rs 84,000) compare to other TVs. Also SONY service center in Hyderabad mostly sends technicians with very less expertise, where they don't know much about 4K. All prospective buyers, think seriously before buying this SONY 4k TV.

I would recommend the seller as got the product delivered promptly as advertised and it is everything as promised.
