It took me long time to chose a laptop. As i am using a small German laptop of Toshiba, called NB510, and was so happy with it til the day i dropped something on it. Still I am using it, but as some keys do not work anymore. I decided to give my faith again to Toshiba. I unpacked it, it was looking ok, batttery was even charged. But someone the system of Win 8.1. does not match the laptop. Additional there was Norton Antivirus with it, which i installed. The speed is operation is so slow, that i cannot do anything. My question here is - was this OS matching to the machine? Any move i want to do is like if i would have 512 Ram or so, its is so sad! Now what can i do? I wish to return the laptop, I do not think this is possible. My small 10 inch netbook is fast and works with many tabs open, but the new Toshiba is so frustrating. A big waste of money. The service of flipkart, which has nothing to do with the item was excellent as usual. I got the laptop next day already. Please think twice if you go for win 8.1 on non touch laptops. Best is to try it first out and then buy it.
I was so happy with this latptop: great dispaly, awesome battery life (6.5 hours!!!) and separated number keyboard (very rarely to find in laptops!).nnHowever, to my GREAT DISSAPOINTMENT, after getting it, the Windows that comes is just of a 1 month trial! And THIS IS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Big bummer for me.nnAnd the sound of the speakers are kind of low, even when put in the maximum.nnBut overall a great product. Just don't count that it will come with Windows installed!!!

Too slow and not working well and frequently hanging and worst product from this manufacture
I had ordered for Toshiba C50 A E0010 Pentium Dual Core with Licensed Windows 8.1 However the product delivered to me was Celeron Dual Core which is lower version of same laptop. My entire work plan has gone haywire because of this silly defect.
