Purchased this laptop 3 years back, no complaints, excellent performance and excellent battery backup. 1 unused RAM slots provides and added advantage to expand the memory.
Excellent service and good packaging. The Laptop was just as described. Delivery was very much on time and communication was great.
The OS crashed within 6 days from purchase date. The laptop does not boot.
Its an aggressive marketting/pricing with feature loads in the high profit area to combat for custorme's requirements as per their budget without advertisement expense.We should insist Toshiba group to creat more Service Centres Professionally to increase the sales in a cobweb manner.
