Purchased this laptop from bangalore(not from flipkart)for 31k with extra 2GB RAM,Genuine windows,Backpack,Mouse etc, it is good laptop for this price,if you can pay more try lenovo or HP,the keys are not so good as compared to Lenovo Z series(it costs around 36k :P) The Toshiba Satellite L740-X4012 has decent components and features for its price

A better Laptop than its lower end C series. Which comes with 2 USB port and no HDMI port. Nice premium finish unlike the cheap plastic which comes with C series. LED screen: Its is just amazing, nice to watch a HD movie. Speakers: sound quality but volume is low.

nobody should ever bought this, low standing performance. i am stuck with this non usable box.

I was in search of a laptop few months back and finally shortlisted this model since it comes from Japanese giant Toshiba which is known for its user friendly and reliable products. After using this laptop for around six months i can confidently say that this laptop is an extremely reliable product with decent build quality , performance and screen quality.In fact this laptop scores decent rating in every department. I have come across many people who have a misconception in their mind that Toshiba laptops are not as reliable as those from companies like Dell, sony , HP etc because of the simple reason that toshiba laptops are around Rs 4000-5000 cheaper than Dell,HP etc when compared configuration wise. Now the clarification for above statement is that Toshiba unlike Dell, Hp etc does not spend much of its time ,caliber and money on the publicity of its products.Therefore company has been able to sell its laptops at a comparatively lower price without compromising on quality.Last but not the least i would say anybody who is in search of a highly reliable and user friendly laptop can simply go in for this model without thinking twice but persons who just want to purchase a laptop for show off can go for brands like HP,Sony etc by shelling out extra money.

I have ordered this product by online from Flipkart ,I am not going to describe it's features but it's price. The price range difference, it is more than rupee 5000/ if we are going to buy from any shop. So I think it should be better to order by online. first I had one L 640, like that this also has nice polishing cover better view and the rest of details you will get from internet. thanks
