OPPO Reno14 5G Diwali Edition launched in India with special deisgn, colour-changing technology
OPPO has launched a new festive season special, the OPPO Reno14 5G Diwali Edition, in India. The phone is now available in an 8GB + 256GB variant for Rs 39,999, the same price as the standard Reno14. However, as a special festive offer, it can be purchased for as low as Rs 36,999 on Flipkart, Amazon, the OPPO official site, and across retail outlets.
The design of the OPPO Reno14 5G Diwali Edition features a traditional black and gold theme with a mandala at its centre. A peacock rises from the mandala, accompanied by flame-shaped accents, symbolizing diyas.
The OPPO Reno14 5G Diwali Edition also comes with an interesting colour-changing back design. OPPO’s GlowShift Technology transforms the phone’s back panel from a deep black to gold at body temperature for an interactive experience.
OPPO claims the phone looks black below 28℃, transitioning between 29–34℃, and glows in full gold above 35℃. The company promises the colour transition should last for at least 10,000 cycles.
The specifications of the OPPO Reno14 5G Diwali Edition remain the same as the vanilla Reno14. There is a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, running Android 15 with ColorOS 15 skin on top. The phone features a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is equipped with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage. The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 120x digital zoom. There is a 6000mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging. The phone is rated IP69 for water and dust resistance.
