Samsung is hosting its first Galaxy Unpacked event for 2026 on February 25th. Here, the Galaxy S26 series is expected to debut. This is Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S lineup, which will most likely include three phones: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Ahead of the event, Samsung has started displaying 3D video billboards at 17 global landmarks in major cities. These displays are also meant to be a teaser for Galaxy AI, which is slated to get more features with the upcoming Galaxy S26 lineup.
Samsung started displaying the 3D video billboards from February 11th onwards. Some of the cities where it’s being showcased include Ho Chi Minh, London, Los Angeles, Seoul, and Tokyo. For example, the 3D video billboard displayed in Seoul, K-POP Live at Coex, features a tiger, which is the national symbol of South Korea, and a traditional house. The display also includes the Galaxy AI logo. Another 3D video billboard is on display in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, at Sunwah Tower.
Samsung says that the 3D video billboards showcase the scale of Galaxy AI. Introduced in 2024 with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy AI offers a suite of advanced generational AI features for productivity, photography, videography, and other tools. With the Galaxy S26 series, Samsung is expected to introduce more Galaxy AI features and upgrades.

Galaxy Unpacked is scheduled to take place on February 25th at 11:30 pm IST. The event can be livestreamed through Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube
channel. Samsung has also started pre-orders for the Galaxy S26 series in India. The smartphones can be purchased for Rs 999, and there’s a voucher worth Rs 2,699 up for grabs that can be used for purchasing other devices on the Samsung e-store. Samsung is also offering a chance to win a voucher worth Rs 5,000 without having to pay the pre-reserve fee of Rs 999. However, this voucher cannot be used to purchase the Galaxy S26 series.
