The Videocon V-Tab Esteem is a decent tablet with some impressive features like a vibrant display for reading e-books, playing games and watching movies. It also looks very smart and has a good battery backup to make it last long on a single charge. If you are looking for a budget tablet for the reasons stated above, this could be an ideal choice.

Display, Design and Configuration

The Videocon V-Tab Esteem sports an 8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 800 x 1,024pixels which results in a pixel density of 162ppi. It weighs 330grams with a waistline of 9.5mm. Android Kitkat comes preloaded as the OS in this tablet. 
All the processes of this tablet are taken care of by the dual-core processor coupled with Mali-400 GPU and 1GB of RAM which sits on a Mediatek chipset. These make sure that the device performs well in terms of gaming and multitasking.

Storage and Camera

Onboard memory of 16GB has been provided to store data, it can be expanded further up to 32GB with the help of an external SD card. A 2MP rear camera with an LED flash, Digital zoom, Face detection,and Geo-tagging has been provided for basic photography. The front of this tablet sports a 0.3MP camera for basic video calling.

Connectivity and Battery

The Videocon V-Tab Esteem comes with a 4,000mAh li-ion non removable battery which provides massive standby time up to 90hours on 2G network.
