Voltas-5 Stars. Flipkart Customer Service-1 Star. Flipkart being clueless about where the product is- Hilarious. The product was delivered as promised, product was in a good condition, and delivery happened a day before the estimated delivery, so far so good. After this Flipkart was unable to send out a message saying the installation needs to be done. I had to call customer service about 8-10 times and the product was lying in my house for about 10 days, and Flipkart was clueless about how to get the installation done. After several promises of it'll be done tomorrow, the product was installed. All in all, very poor experience. I don't think the customer service guys knew what was going on, and what's worse is they didn't seem to care. Several escalations later, the guys were still not able to help with the installation. Goes to show, you might be a great brand but if you customer service guys don't care, it'll ruin the entire experience. I got a great deal, awesome discount and a great product, but all I remember is how Flipkart's customer service is horrible.
Initially cause of its one ton capacity the cooling sensation would be little slow, but it picks to cooling really fast.Quite a great quote for a 2 star rated product. I replaced my 1.5 ton AC with this product yet no complains in cooling. I rated it 5 star as the product was shipped quite efficiently to a place EKart logistics doesn't exsist..Thanks Flip kart.
The product recieved was broken and damage.. the only good thing about snapdeal is the sweet coated words of your customer care executives, though nothing substantial comes out... initiated a replacement request.. not recieved a call back yet
