This is not an ac it's an air cooler, makes sound like an air cooler and doesn't even throw cool air like an ac. The air is mildly cool. I wish I could add a video here to show the amount of sound it makes. Requested for return, flipkart assigned tech visit and it's been 15 days it hasn't happened yet. Jeeves people keep rescheduling and never come. I have an ac but can't use it thanks to flipkart and jeeves. It seems a defective product to me.

worst experience this time with Voltas AC really disappointed. Outer unit stopped working suddenly, after 2 days mechanic came to fix this issue but same day outer unit caught fire and AC stopped working. Really disappointed with AC and service.

It's been about a week since I have been using this AC. The quality so far seems good but the installation by Ask Jeeves was a horrible experience. They sent an absolute novice for installation who couldn't even be bothered about installing it in the centre of the wall. Then after installing he couldn't even get the wiring correct to start the AC and went on to say that the external unit is faulty, get it replaced. However, I called Voltas service centre and they fixed it instantly. The Ask Jeeves guy couldn't even get the connection right. Then the AC started leaking water in the room. I called Voltas again and again the resolved the issue quite promptly. The Ask Jeeves guy didn't even know how to properly connect the water outlet pipe. My advice to new buyers: Do not let Ask Jeeves guys touch your AC. They are useless, at least in my case they were.

Terrible product. The Voltas engineers have come over 3 times to repair it and a week later it still isn't working. We expect better service for such an expensive item. We were told you would change it if the problem persisted but no one has done that yet.
