Very poor installation done, they are not responsive . We had water leakage from ac after installation. Lodge complaint to flipkart-still no service or action taken on that.

Purchased this as a gift for my parents. Everything was smooth until delivery. Post delivery the technicians came and installed the AC and found that it is not working. Checked the AC and found that the motherboard has an issue and hence has to be replaced. Called Flipkart and registered a compliant on June 2nd and was promised that a technician will visit the location before June 6th and based on his recommendation this will be replaced. June 6th came and went and the technician never showed up. The status however for the order showed that a replacement was approved but date was not issued. June 9th I check the status and it says replacement cancelled. The technician never showed up but it the replacement was cancelled today without any information. It was lucky that I had checked out the status. Called up support, who patiently listened to my issues and escalated the issue, but gave a similar ETA like last time 5 days (next Tuesday June 13th) before this will be resolved for sure.

Indoor Unit difective

Im very sorry to note here that out door unit is damaged ...... this was noted by the installation person ..... out door unit fan & some parts damaged..... informed for a repalcement

After a lot of effort got installation guy reached my location and once everything is fitted found that both indoor and outdoor unit are defective really nonsense product. Talking about installation support these guys want us to pay for their food travel everthing excluding from 1500 installation charge and by the way they are asking for 1550.complete money squeezing machine these people are. Be careful that the product can only be replaced and cannot be refunded. I accept this policy only if the quality is gud not with this kind of pathetic service and products.
