Im downgrading to 2 star because the videos files above 1 gb is not playing audio. Not sure what is wrong. Product is good . Arrived fast . Nice packing. I will have to use for few more days . First look says with the local cable connection not even a settop box it looks good

Tv picture quality is good... sound quality not good, but ok. USB port mkv format not supporting video & audio.. most of the format audio is not supporting.. some time usb running, automatic disconnect the USB connection. Compare with other model mkv format is supporting. External hard disk connection error & not connected. But specificiation given external hard disk supporting.

Defective item is being sold on Flipkart . I Received the TV on 17th August. But the installation happened only today ( 27th August). The engineer left immediately after installation and there was no demo. While switching the channels I came across a channel with no black bars on top and bottom. Then only it became evident that the display is defective . There is a permanent uneven black area under the display. A portion of the black area is curved like an arch and this ruins the entire TV watching experience. This issue can be observed only when we watch a full screen video without any black bars at the top and bottom. This can be observed in the blue screen too. This appears to be a manufacturing defect. I have raised a replacement request. I will update the review once I receive the replacement. Update on 9-September-2018 I received the replacement on Monday ( 7th Sep) and the installation happened the very next day.

Very disappointed. I have purchased this product for playing movie from usb but 1.4gb file is playing without sound and above 3gb file is not supporting. The following format are supporting mkv,avi,mp4, flv but that file size should be below 1gb.
