Ordered this TV on a Saturday and was not only delivered on the following Monday morning but also installed the very same day. The flipkart support staff were prompt and courteous. Now coming to the TV, here's a jist of few pros and cons of the product -nnPROs -n1. Aesthetically the device is at par with industry standard. Slim bezels, thin form factor, idiot proof program navigation n2. Feature rich like HDMI with CEC & ARC support, SPDIF audio out, etcn3. Reads pendrives and HDD effortlesslyn4. Bright screen (450 nits of max brightness)nnCONs - n1. Colour rendering is not equivalent to that of Samsung or Sony devices (viz understandable since it's a budget device)n2. Miracast/Cast can be done only from a phone with a very noticeable lag between audio and videon3. Sound is adequate at 16W, it being the max audio output. Would recommend hooking up the audio to a home theatre or equivalent audio system.nnA disclaimer the above points are my personal observation (after 24 hours of use) where majority of the points (especially in case of CONs) are very subjective and may vary individual to individual.nnCONCLUSION: Overall a very good device at the current price point in present market as of this date. If on a tight budget, go ahead with this device. Has all the bells and whistles that the competitors offer but at a much cheaper price point. I'd personally recommend hooking up a soundbar at the least to the system to enjoy the audio output.

I am not sure whether Flipkart will display this review on the page but I will share my experience with you all. Ordered the product on sale and there was delay in delivery. When escalated I was promised to get the product delivered on the same day and to my surprise it was delivered that day. But I was shocked to see that my 49inch tv was placed upside down(Fragile item even then they were careless) and also I noticed that the product seal was open. I denied to take delivery as the product seal was open then the delivery wish master told that even if it was intact they would have opened it to check the product and I was not ready to accept it when asked angrily what was the reason for breaking the seal, their answer left me with no words. My product was wrongly delivered to another customer and after me escalating the delay in delivery they identified that my product was missing and went to that customer to take back the product and from there it was brought to my place. Flipkart do u think customer products are your toys to play as per your wish? What action was taken on the delivery master who wrongly delivered my product.. My product is not available with seller and u provide me a refund after me spending time and effort during sale? Pathetic service and worst experience.. uninstalling the app and will never use Flipkart again. Also will make sure any of my relatives friends or family doesn't use this Website from now. Kudos to ur service and responsibilityd

Feeling cheated as immediately after big billion sale Flipkart reduced the price of this product from Rs. 39900/- to Rs. 35000/-

Lovely Product- Value for Money - Meets all your expectation.

I got this LED TV with 2 yrs extended warranty for 29K. Display : The TV is very good for watching HD channels. For SD quality channels it's OK. Make sure that you have ample viewing distance ideally 8feet. Connectivity : It has all the necessary connectivity options. Won't prefer it incase this would have been my primary TV as I prefer lot of contents online. For basic YouTube it works fine. It doesn't have Amazon prime or Hotstar. The product was delivered and installation was done well within the time specified. As per the price the TV is very good but not awesome no major complaints.
