the phone that never was

Horrible customer care. I was impressed by the specs of wammy note 3 and the i2addicted video and ordered. Almost 20 days have passed. No sign of the phone. Every day the 'GENTLEMEN' at customer care tell me its dispatched (blatant lie). I ask for the docket number and invariably every day their server is down ( they take us for people with zero intelligence) and they will send docket number by four in the evening. Close to 15 evenings have passed. Their customer care is a joke really. I've asked for a refund on numerous occasions but guess what, since they have already "dispatched" the phone they can't entertain a refund it seems !! Larceny of the highest order. I'm filing a case against them for fraudulence. I have call transcripts, the invoice copy everything... Call me for clarifications 9442619977. Disclaimer: I have no cause to flame against this company nor am I associated with any other rival phone maker. Am a doctor by profession. Am just another tech / gadget lover like you who has been taken for a sorry ride.
