The product is quite good but the usage becomes a burden because of a thoughtless installation service provided by the product company service men. I wasn't home and I trusted the installation guy to do his job the most desirable way but was surprised to see the proper installation parameters were not taken into consideration like it was installed in the corner of the room. 150 mm distance from 3d sides were not left. This causes serious comfort cooling issues. Ensure if you buy you are present at the time of installation.
Before saying anything. I would like to tell you my experience when i ordered the Air conditioner in FK . They told me that it will be delivered on time and they did not do that. I waited for almost half a month and at last the so called third party courier safe express (The worst courier services i have ever experienced) told me that the were missing one of the packet in two.Coming to the snapdeal they are using the best courier services so far every where and they did delivered as on time. Personally I prefer Snapdeal rather than FK. Product is absolutely good.They delivered the product a week before.I can simply say the product and the service are at their best.
