I purchased this model 2 years ago & during warranty period 2 times the Spin dry motor was replaced due to Heavy Electric shocks during use ( my wife was severely hurt). I am myself a Mechanical Engineer working in a renowned MNC. Now again the seal installed above the Motor has leaked the water which has gone in the Motor giving Electric Shocks & calls for replacement of Seal & Motor both. I AM SURPRISED WHY THE DESIGN QUALITY OF THE SEAL IS SO POOR & SEAMS A VERY PATHETIC CONDITION OF DESIGN & QUALITY CONTROL IN WHIRLPOOL. Due to which a Cheated Customer has to get the Motor & Seal changed every now & then and the replacement cost is Rs. 2000 for Motor & Rs.500 for the Seal ( Total one time replacement cost is more than 2500/- plus taxes+ Service cost).

I ordered this product from flipkart. The next day morning product got delivered. Nice service from flipkart. The product is very good N matches my expectations. Very powerful motor. 1400 rpm. So generating good power. Simple N power machine. Good value for money. Body is fiber which I don't like. Rest all is good.
