Though i have not purchased this fridge from Flipkart i am happy to state that this refrigerator is a real good one,its current consumption is quite less as compared to some other refrigerators about the same price. It has got enough shelves and inner space to accommodate heavy utensils.Absolutely noise free! Been using it for a month now and so far i am really happy with its performance.
I bought this one from Flipkart on Dec 12th, got it delivered on Dec 16th, was installed on Dec 17th. As usual a quick delivery by flipkart and prompt installation by Whirlpool.nThis refrigerator meets all our needs. Quick ice, separate icecream compartment, a small storage box for cosmetics.. nice! It is energy efficient - 4 star rating by BEE, neatly designed.
Even though I got many warnings from my brother & colleagues for not buying large appliances from Flipkart or Snapdeal.. i fell for the rat trap laid by the flipkart...Rat trap is nothing but 10% extra offf + 10% Bank offer..I asked my brother to place the order(as he had HDFC credit card) on 19th Jan, 2015 and got the offers as said by the flipkart..Till now every thing is happy.nnAfter two days Got a call from Flipkart for delivery and fiinally when they opened the fridge..I got totally pissed off by seeing the paint faded on the top corners and patches of paint on the left and right side of the body as well as on the front side.. This was the product which has been used for atleast 8 months.. When I opened the fridge it smelled like it was cleaned with some detergents and never smelled like a new one.nnNext very pathetic situation is that Flipkart said it will deliver a new one within 48 hours and in the evening without even informing me they have cancelled the order...When I called flipkart customer care service they now said a completely different story that the item has been cancelled due to non availablility of the person at the address. FLIPKART Dont go too far in cheating... DONT FLIPKART FRAUDS are increasing everyday FOOLING the customers.. If had not been in the house my father would have taken the fridge..Flipkart wasted my half a day....It is even more sad to see that the supplier was WS_RETAIL.nnFlipkart please change your name from "FLIPKART online service pvt ltd" to "FLIPKART ONLINE FRAUD AND CHEATING SERVICES PVT LTD". My sincere advise to you is that dont play with customers feelings. I bought this fridge for my new home and was really depressed. Dont fool people, I can spend that extra 20% and get a new one from showroom.nncustomers who wants more details can call me below number. 09986 449 567. I was looking for replacement refrigerator as my previous one was old almost 10 years. Though my old fridge had given nice service, minor issues started such as loss of refrigeration. I was looking for good replacement value for old one and Flipkart offered me 4000 bucks for old one. nFlipkart's delivery was prompt as ever and they took my old fridge immediately as well. The installation call was logged by Flipkart and it was done on the same day. nThe noticeable improvement was in refrigeration and vegetables still look fresh after 5-6 days. My electricity bill reduced almost by 70% and moreover, Flipkart gave Rs. 1500/- gift vouchers. The space inside fridge is sufficient enough for a family of 4. nOverall very nice fridge and more than value for money.
