I bought whirlpool vertical by exchanging whirlpool horizontal purchased in 2010. The exchange experience was very smooth. The new machine was installed by whirlpool technician and they were prompt in doing so. The new machine had a noise which was attended by him. The noise was in clutch assembly which was locked during transportation. After attending the machine was perfect and is running perfectly. Good washing, less vibrations and clean clothes. Full marks to Flipkart and WS Retail for Fast Deliveries and good service by whirlpool technician. Machine is running nicely for last 10-12 days now.

see i am gonna tell you about the real fact of washing machines i had visited lot of local shops and did survey on all companies selling washing machines at last i came to flipkart they tell you the real story about washing machines i read all about washing machines on flipkart and searched this washing machine this is the best model in india it has all modules and it is very simple to use and not too complicated nor too easy best washing machine till i am iusing fully from 2002 and this time i am very much satisfied with this whirlpool 7 kg and real fact THE PRICE OF THIS MACHINE GETS CHANGE ON FLIPKART EVERY TEN DAYS I HAD BEEN LUCKY TO PURCHASE THIS AT LOWEST SO MANY THANKS TO FLIPKART

amazing machine, no noise, simple to use, it takes 70 -100ltrs water for one wash with full drum of clothes, looks classic

I have been using Whirlpool machine from 1997 and this is the third machine that I purchased. The product claims 40% reduction in tangling and is anti wrinkle. Cloths get tangled beyond recognition, like my very ancient 1980 local made washing machine. Even whirlpool person confirmed this today. Since they get tangled so much, cloths get wrinkles terribly. And because of the same , wash quality is very poor. Please remember that I still have my WM pro 720h bought in 2010 working in excellent condition. Go for another model from whirlpool. This model is not worth buying.
