- I bought this product with Flipkart first, however it reached me according to standard delivery - Badn- Heavy weight (Bad)n- Good screen clarityn- Out of box SIM card slot was nonoperational. Customer support was insensitive and rude when i called in seeking technical assistance. One of the managers in customer support didnt stay up to his commitments for callback. There was no direct medium to get through to Technical support and i was given almost 72 hours turn around time. (Very Bad)n- 1st technical support rep was very rude too. Insisted me to do illogical troubleshooting steps. Placed on multiple holds. My request to escalate to a senior resource was declined (extremely rude)n- It was finally escalated and I was told that it will be replaced within a couple of working daysn- No follow up for many days. When i contacted, I was told that it was not going to be available for delivery for almost a monthn- Finally opted for refund (This was quick)nnI'm happy without this tablet. Extremely inferior customer & technical support (after sales)

## UPDATE- When is the Kitkat update rolling out for XT911..!!?? Its already 4-5 months.!!! nnFirst thing's first..people who are giving it a low rating without even using the tablet once, are the kind of people who dnt evn have the slightest of idea of technology..they just read a word snapdragon..and they are like.. ohh..so cool.!! quadcore is always better than dual core because 4>2...!!!! idiots.. nthis tablet is a powerhouse in this range..!! its has a z2580 which is one of the best in intel clovertrail range..nd its clocked at 2 ghz..vid hyperthreading..so actually works on 4 cores...ncombined vid a power vr graphics it can pull off high end games and full hd videos smoothly..added vid 2gb of ram..out of vich abt 1.2 gb is always available..so no question of lags.. ndisplay is super crisp full HD..made by SAMSUNG... vid abt a viewing angle of whooping 172 deg..!! lcd ips display so its usable under sunlight..dis tablet is actually RAMOS I9 imported to india by flipkart..do search for ramos i9 reviews and u will get to noe what u are buying..!!. nbuild quality- its BEAUTIFUL..!! i read in one of the comments it looks chinese..!!!! dude..go kill urself..!!! i noe chinese products are not durable and cheap..but even apple hardware is made in china..dis tab looks premium by any standards...it has a full glass back same as in xperia z series..and it has an alluminium finish on the sides..its very premium by looks and hold..!! nCAMERA- actually very bad... front cam is ok for skype..2.5/5 nconnectivity- quite good.. i recieve one wifi signal bar less on this than my cell..but that dsnt affects the performance.. connection never drops..browsing is smooth.. nbattery - pretty good..!!8 hours vid continuous wifi ,movies ,surfing and some gaming..n nhavnt received the book cover yet...will update review after some more usage.. nif u hav sub 20k budget and can cop up vid small screen and vidout sim card..go for nexus 7 2013...in all other cases go fr xt911... ! nupdate-- ok..so i received the book cover today....!!! it is one of the worst quality product i hav seen till date..!! i just wish i wud hav never recieved that ever..!! :/ it makes ur tab look like shit..!!! its bulky,.its yellowish..looks horrible.. and material used is like the shoe sole material that a cobbler uses..!! moreover its so bulky that u cannot even type on the tab..!! i wont use it.. FLIPKART...KINDLY TAKE IT BACK!!! I want to remove one star but i wont...becoz the tab works superbly..!! no isssues vid dat..but pathetic freebie..!! at least make a descent book cover available for it online...!!

I have received the product 2 days ago and this is what I feel about the product.nPros:n1.Good Stylish Look.n2. Touch is good.n3.Excellent Speakers.n4.Both 3G and Wifi is there.n5. Power and Volume buttons are good.n6. Videos have good clarity.n7. Can connect USB through the USB nconnector provided.n8. Good Battery LifennCons:n1. Camera (both front and back) not good.n2. Sim card Slot is too fragile.

So, I got mine on the 20th of Sept and let me tell you, it's a beautifully designed tablet. nnPros -:nnn1) The sound quality is outstanding, the surround sound effect is very good. nn2) It's not as "heavy" or thick as people make it sound to be. Come on, it's not like as if you'd be carrying a brick in your back pack. It's approx 150 grams heavier than an I-pad Mini but does 150 gms really bother you THAT much? May be you should hit the gym then!nn3) Battery life is superb. No complaints, I spent all of Sunday on it and had to charge my tablet just once. nn4) The processor is very hi-tech, making the tablet work at a very fast pace. Please don't judge a processor on the basis of it only being an octa core, quad core or dual core. This one is a dual core but a very hi tech dual core processor, that is sufficient for a tablet. You don't need an octa core for a tablet, you're just being greedy if that is the case.nn5) The HD quality is excellent. Picture quality is smooth and very good. nn6) The edges are in no way "sharp" as someone mentioned in their review, please, you will not end up bleeding if you do run your fingers through the edge. That was a retarded comment right there, ignore that one. nn7) Quality on the whole is good. Yes, the power button is made of "plastic" as someone else mentioned in their review. So? Do you want a button to be made of diamond!? Another retarded review. nn8) The front camera is only 2 MP, agreed. Though are you buying a tablet to take photos of the Himalayas or to surf the internet and watch movies? I video chatted on Skyp with the 2 MP camera and the clarity's absolutely fine. It's not THAT bad, please! For what you're paying, this is a damn good bargain.nnnCons -:nn1) No external mic included in the box BUT THERE IS AN INBUILT MIC in this tablet!! 2 people said that there wasn't a mic in the tab!? There is one, you can Skype using the inbuilt mic and the voice quality is awesome. People are writing silly reviews without even checking the tablet!! nn2) The SD card slot is exposed, it might gather dust over a period of time but you can always buy something to cover it up. It's not the end of the world! Get out of your home and buy a transparent tape, it doesn't look ugly! Stop whining. nn3) Touch quality can be a little off at times but come on, I'd used 3 tabs in the past, including an Apple ipad Mini, where the screen hadn't responded to my touch a number of times. This is an electronic gadget, it cannot be absolutely perfect. Deal with it.nnnnnFor 16 K, this tablet offers you all the features and services that one would need to enjoy their tablet experience. You're getting 2 cameras, HD quality, superior processor, 3G calling, 8,9 inch screen, superb sound quality, great battery life, a relatively light tab, a USB cable/2 point plug, good touch sensitivity AND 1 year warranty. Enough said.
