Display and Configuration
The Acer Aspire E5-523 (NX.GDNSI.004) laptop flaunts a 15.6-inch HD LED display and has a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It looks nice in black coloured polished body and weighs 2.2Kg. Under the hood, there is a 1.4GHz AMD dual-core A9-9410 processor coupled with 4GB of DDR4 RAM and integrated Intel HD GPU. The laptop boots on Linux operating system, thereby one needs to spend a little money in order to enjoy Windows operating system.
Input Devices, Camera and Battery
Input devices include touchpad with multi-touch gestures support, standard keyboard and DVD writer. There is a webcam (present above the screen) and inbuilt microphone which comes in handy for the users for video calling and recording purposes. The device is fuelled by a 4 cell li-ion battery which claims to keep the show running up to 7.5 hours.
