Although, the setup is poor but one can expect limited features when the price tag is low. Keeping that beside, other options such as outstanding battery backup, quick responding touchscreen, lightweight gadget etc makes it a profitable buy for the user.

Display and Configuration

The Acer Aspire One S1003 (NT.LCQSI.001) laptop comes with a 10.1-inch LED backlit TFT LCD touch display and boots on Windows 10 home premium operating system. Inside the gadget, there is a 1.4GHz Intel Atom quad-core x5-Z8300 processor aided by 2GB of DDR3 RAM and integrated Intel HD graphics card. 

Body Looks and Input Devices

The laptop is well designed in a black coloured body which weighs only 1.27Kg. It measures 262 x 173.5 x 20.6mm and is easy to carry around since it is very light in weight. Like other laptops, the Acer Aspire One S1003 (NT.LCQSI.001) has two common input devices - a touchpad and a detachable keyboard.

Camera and Storage

For video calling and recording, the laptop is stacked by a 2MP webcam which can record videos in full HD mode (1,920 x 1,080 pixels). One can enjoy video calling by installing apps such as SKYPE, Hangouts, Jitsi, ooVoo etc. The user can create a library of files in the 32GB solid state drive present inside the system.

Battery and Connectivity

Acting as an energy provider, is a 2 cell li-ion battery which claims to render a backup upto eight hours. Connectivity options include Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, one USB 2.0 slot, an SD card reader, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and a VGA port.
