Due to the success of D' Anothers (2005), the production wanted another team-up of Vhong Navarro and Toni Gonzaga. However, Toni's previous commitments forced her to drop the movie. Mariel Rodriguez was the replacement.
ABS-CBN paid 'Tony Ferrer' for the right of the film. In exchange, Tony agreed to appear in the movie which he popularized in the 70s.
'Jason Gainza' was billed as the main villain in the earlier promotional materials. His role later went to Jeffrey Quizon'.

Vhong Navarro was provided with only two white suit and tie. The first one was used for the entire movie while the other one was used during the promotion of this film.
