The first on-screen credit does not appear until 40 minutes into the movie. The only member of the cast to receive an on-screen credit is Rekha. All the credits are displayed in just over 1 minute.
In one of the scene, Rakesh Roshan whistling a song haste haste kat Jaye raste, the song is of his previous movie Khoon Bhari Maang(1988) starring Rakesh Roshan and Rekha .
This film was shelved, the tittle of this film was Madhuri, after 7-8 years was revive by other producers and director Bharat Rangachary who completed this film. Rakesh Roshan had already quited acting and had became director by then, when he was making Kala Bazaar, as actor he completed this film.
The film was in the making for 7 long years. When it was launched in 1982, it was titled Madhuri, when it was revived Director Bharat Rangachary completed this film was tittled to Bahurani.
This was Rakesh Roshan's last released movie as a hero.
