While Shooting for the song Bheega Bheega Tanushree Dutta accused director Vivek Agnihotri of abusing her by saying Kapde Utar (remove your clothes).Tanshuree Dutta was wearing a bathrobe over her costume and refused to remove it according to her it wasn't required as the scene was to be shot in close up with Irfan Khan.
Tanushree Dutta voice was dubbed by Pallavi Joshi.
Bipasha Basu was signed for the film but was having problems combing her dates with the rest of the cast. She finally opted out and Tanushree Dutta replaced her. .
The song "Zahreeli Raatein" was shown in the promos but not featured in the film. The song was a remake of Aadat by Jal, which was later used in Kalyug in the same year.
