TRIVIA

Trivia

Towards the post production, the director 'Ram Gopal Verma' expressed his dislike for Sanjay Dutt, saying he was forced by him to replace the original actress Kangana Ranaut with Anjana Sukhani, and also how Dutt constantly cornered him to change the screenplay of the film.

The role played by Rana Daggubati was originally considered for Abhishek Bachchan who declined it.

It was rumored Naseeruddin Shah was to essay a key role, and his character would be revealed in the climax of the film. Only his hands, feet, eyes and his deep baritone voice will be seen and heard by the viewers.

Amitabh Bachchan had a flu on the first day of shooting and 'Ram Gopal Verma' liked how Amitabh sounded and decided to use this tone of voice, which sounded very similar to his Agneepath (1990) voice.

Eighth film to feature Sanjay Dutt & Amitabh Bachchan together as leading roles.
