King Khan has yet again proved that he is best of all with his incredible performance in the film Fan. However, the movie also managed to gain quite a few negative reviews about its monotonous plot and how the directors were dragging the plot just for the sake of creating a story. Fans had really high expectations of the film but unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations. Also, one other thing that was reviewed negatively was the slow beginning of the film, the first half is noticeably crucial to watch. However, the film started with an interesting storyline about a fan wanting to meet his favorite superstar and going through all odds to make it happen but after this, the audience could not get much out of the plot, in short, it was way too slow but what is beyond great is the soul-touching performance of Shahrukh Khan and the amazing computer generated imagery.

The first movie ever to be shot in the venue of Madam Tussaud's in London.
Though the exterior of the house of the movie star Aaryan Khanna, played by SRK, is shown to be Mannat which is Shah Rukh Khan's real house, the interiors of the house were a film set. SRK denied permission to shoot inside his home.
Redchillies has this special attachment with Trains in their movie., they have a train sequence in every SRK movie. Chennai Express, Swades, RAOne, Happy New Year, Dilwale and now FAN.
Actual footage was shot on SRKs birthday secretly last year and this footage was used along with movie footage for the Mannat Sequence where Gaurav sees Aryan for the first time.
SRK's first song-less film.The hit song "Jabra Fan" was used during promotions but it didn't feature in the final film.
