The name of producer Justis Greene, appears in the film: the military base where much of the story takes place is Fort Greene. Similarly, the associate producer was Lawrence E. Neiman, and one of the doctors in the film is Dr. Lawrence. And, as in the two earlier films in the series, the President's surname is Hayes and Chad Hayes and Carey W. Hayes wrote the screenplay and were supervising producers.
The opening scene where it shows an assassin assembling a revolver with a grip under the barrel for the left hand he also attaches a silencer to the barrel. He then adds a shoulder stock to the grip. The gap between the cylinder and the barrel is still exposed. Having a silencer is pointless because the gap is exposed and gas and sound will escape from there. In addition, he takes a speed loader with the cartridges already in it, removes the cartridges, and puts the round in one by one.
