This film was made after the success of Marte Dam Tak, and it was made by the same team. This was the second film of Raaj Kumar with Mehul Kumar, the third was Tiraanga. Mehul Kumar then made films with Feroz Khan, Jeetendra, Amitabh Bachchan and Nana Patekar.
Govinda once came to the sets wearing a shirt which Rajkumar liked . He told him that you can keep the shirt for you if you like it.Two days later Govinda saw that Rajkumar is using his shirt as handkerchief.
Raaj Kumar after completing his entire work for Jungbaaz, he left for Overseas for health treatment. Before leaving Raaj Kumar told Mehul Kumar to keep their 3rd project ready, he will start shooting for it when he comes back. Mehul Kumar worked out Tiraanga and shooting started when Raaj Kumar returned from Abroad.
