On April 6, 2022, Apple renewed the series for a second season.
Look up the address on google maps, 101 Crawfords Corner Rd Holmdel NJ, and from the aerial view you'll also see the roadways look like a transistor (as does the water tower). The transistor was invented there and the design pays tribute to it.
Greenlit by Apple in 2019 with Ben Stiller as director, filming for the series started in New York City under the working title of "Tumwater" in October 2020.
