Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana is a Hindi romantic drama film where the plot revolves around the arranged marriage of two individuals, Satyendra and Aarti, who fall in love with each other but their marriage gets cancelled on the day of the wedding. The film then follows their journey as they navigate through their personal and professional lives and eventually find their way back to each other. Director Ratnaa Sinha's take on the importance of education for women and the consequences of forced marriages is a strong message to send out. Adding to that, the wonderful pairing of Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda adds the much-needed spark. The chemistry between these two actors is palpable and keeps the audience engaged throughout the film, despite some bland moments due to the scripting.
