In all three Human Centipede movies Peter Blankenstein plays a character who is considered for the centipede but dies before he can actually be added.
The line that Inmate 333 says while they are all watching The Human Centipede films, "this trash belongs to a world where stars don't shine" was originally written by Roger Ebert on his review for the first Human Centipede film.
Both Dieter Laser & Laurence R. Harvey who portrayed the villains from the first and second movie (Dr. Heiter & Martin) are featured in this film as different characters.
Bill Hutchens, the actor who played Dr Sebring in part two, also played Inmate 488 in part three.
Akihiro Kitamura played Katsuro in part I and Inmate 333 in part III.
"Bill Boss: I don't speak with a stupid filmmaker about his poop fetish!"
"Bill Boss: Hey cockroaches, did you like these films? I hand-picked them for you as an instructional and mental training. The world's first human prison centipede will finally teach you how to become humans."
