The first not-made-for-TV feature film by director 'Tom McLoughlin' since his 1987 comedy movie Date with an Angel (1987).
In the US, UK, and Canada, the film was released straight to DVD, but in other parts of Europe (such as France, Italy and Spain), as well as in various Asian countries, it premiered in theaters.
