Faulty product delivered. Now facing total harassment. Flipkart forwarded the case to HP. HP assigned onsite engineer. They are telling they are not authorized for this model. Very irritating. It was in exchange offer. Now I have lost my old laptop and new one is faulty. In this long process don't know when I will be able to use new laptop. Think many times before purchase from Flipkart. It is ok if you get good laptop. In case you get faulty product you are in a trap.
The day my laptop arrived it didn't boot up. When i ran the system diagnostics...it says hard disk test check failed...on calling flipkart they say within 3 days our technical person will call to check the issue. When i have a screenshot of the faulty hdd error why 3 days why cannot it simply be replaced ?
Bought the laptop under exchange and received a faulty product . There seems to be problem with Graphics Card. Case registered with HP. Not sure what is going to happen.
Ordered under exchange, got a great deal and received my laptop before scheduled delivery period. Smooth and easy exchange procedure. Very well packed and received the x 360 13 U004Tu in top condition. HP sack is of good quality. Yet to explore though, first experience 5 on 5 . nnCheers :)
The laptop is great . I use it for my daily use and entertainment purpous . Tried but could not find a flaw even it have backlight keyboard along with touchscreen.The display is so amazing . Please see full hd movies in it to get mesmerised. 4 hours battery back up is definite. Build is superb and weight is bearable but offcourse heavier than mackbook. Buy it no questions asked.
