the customer care will only ask you too many questions but never help you. i bought 2 laptops of hp but got no service from hp tollfree nos. plz do not buy hp rather go for dell. thanks to flipkart where i got platform to share my pain.
I am here to save you,I have one HP g6 Laptop in off state by one month,Customer care really got salary because of me for replying my Chat,Calls,Mails but no solution provided, I regret the moment i Buyed HP laptop, without searched about its Customer service in Internet. I want to aware customers that HP customer care is fake they will only reply you are Helpless. Thanks Flipkart for giving reviewing opportunity to customer.
Just got this laptop for myself and I am thrilled to have it. The first thing you will notice is its look. The brushed aluminium ano silver texture adds a sublime subtleness to its chique demeanour. The backlit island keyboard is awesome and the keys are just treat to fingers while typing. Display is not the very best but its HD ready display will not disappoint you a lot. It is really really light and one can hold it with two fingers. Beats audio speakers are awesome and with my philips headphone, felt to be in a rock concert. The hardware configuration is good. It took around 10 seconds to boot up and took a bit longer to go to sleep. 128 GB SSD has really made the difference. 4 GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 4000 will let you play decent games. In the end, I will say that it is a great laptop and offers the best configurations at this price. Anybody buying an ultrabook with 45-50K budget can surely consider this laptop.
The screen is not the best out there ...Granted. But this is a freaking awesome ub. 6-8 hours battery. Best audio I have seen in laptops. And hp customer care is awesome...IDK what these guys are complaining aboutt. I have it and I love it. And the look are awesome. The plastic is there because other than that- this thing is unibody. If they made the screen too in aluminium- apple would sue hp for stealing their design. But get over it. 8 hours of battery. LOVE IT. Must buy.
