ASUS has launched the VM240 AiO in India alongside four new accessories, covering a keyboard, wireless mouse, keyboard-and-mouse combo and HDMI cable. The new products target different use cases, from everyday work and learning to gaming. Let’s look at them in more detail below.

ASUS VM240 AiO for everyday computing

The ASUS VM240 AiO combines a 24-inch display with an adjustable tilt design and a slim 22mm stand for keeping desks organised. ASUS positions the all-in-one PC for everyday work, learning, browsing and entertainment. The system can be configured with up to an AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 512GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage, giving it enough headroom for everyday multitasking and file storage.

It also features a 1080p webcam with a physical privacy shutter for video calls and online meetings. Audio comes from dual front-facing 2W speakers with Dirac, while AI-powered noise cancellation is designed to reduce background noise during calls.

The VM240 AiO is priced at Rs 66,990 in India. The AMD Ryzen 5 variant will be available starting mid-September.

ASUS expands its accessory lineup

Alongside the AiO, ASUS has launched four accessories aimed at different types of users.

The ASUS Jelly75 Keyboard is priced at Rs 8,999 and features hot-swappable keys, allowing users to change switches without replacing the entire keyboard. It supports Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless and wired connections, with support for up to five devices.

The ASUS Wireless Mouse MD105 costs Rs 1,799 and offers 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity for up to three devices. It also has adjustable 1200, 1600 and 2400 DPI settings, along with an ergonomic design and quieter clicks.

The ASUS Marshmallow Keyboard and Mouse Combo CW200 is priced at Rs 4,199. It supports up to three devices, works across multiple operating systems and includes a dedicated Copilot key. The lightweight design is aimed at users who frequently move between workspaces.

For gamers, the ROG HDMI Cable LHR60 costs Rs 999. It offers 48Gbps bandwidth, with support for up to 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 144Hz. It also supports HDMI Variable Refresh Rate on compatible devices to help reduce screen tearing and stuttering.

Should you buy the ASUS VM240 AiO and accessories?

The VM240 AiO looks suited to users who want a simple desktop setup for work, learning and general home use without dealing with a separate monitor, PC and webcam. Its compact design and built-in features could also make it a practical option for smaller workspaces.

However, at Rs 66,990, the VM240 enters a segment where buyers can also consider a laptop or a custom desktop setup with a separate monitor. The all-in-one design is therefore likely to appeal most to users who value convenience and a clutter-free desk over maximum upgradeability.

The accessories are easier to justify based on individual use cases. The Jelly75 makes the most sense for users who want a customisable mechanical-style typing experience, while the MD105 and CW200 are aimed more at everyday productivity. The ROG HDMI Cable is primarily for users with high-refresh-rate or high-resolution displays who can take advantage of its higher bandwidth.

Overall, ASUS is covering a wide range of desktop use cases with this launch, but the VM240’s value will depend largely on how much users prioritise its all-in-one design and convenience over more flexible alternatives.
