Update (August 2025): The Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro launched on August 10, 2022, bringing refined designs, improved health tracking, and Wear OS powered by Samsung. The Watch5 offered an aluminium build, while the Watch5 Pro featured a titanium case and sapphire glass for extra durability.
The original story continues…
We’ve already seen pretty revealing turntable renders of the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro, but sometimes you just want, ya know, still imagery to “flip” through (pun barely intended). With that in mind, here are some clean, crisp images of a trio of Watch5’s alongside a pair of 5 Pros:

The Watch5 Pro, on the other hand, looks more rugged and premium, with a chunkier profile and what appears to be a titanium case for added durability. Its raised bezel design could help protect the display from accidental bumps and scratches, while the broader strap hints at a more substantial wrist presence. Both models retain Samsung’s familiar two-button layout on the right side for navigation, and they’re expected to offer improved water resistance and enhanced health-tracking capabilities.
Both the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro will debut on August 10th at Samsung’s hybrid Galaxy Unpacked event. With the Watch5 series, Samsung seems to be refining its smartwatch lineup by offering a clear distinction between an everyday all-rounder and a tougher, adventure-ready option. If the leaked renders are any indication, the new designs could strike a balance between style, durability, and functionality, potentially making them strong contenders in the premium wearable space this year.
